HORRIBLE BOSSES 2 ENGLISH MOVIE REVIEW

Ratings:3/5 Review By: Gavin Rasquinha Site:Times Of India (TOI)

Three friends come up with an invention that they hope will make them rich. Soon after they pitch their idea to a business tycoon, they find themselves hoodwinked. They attempt a kidnapping in order to rescue their business. The jokes in the film are largely hit-or-miss. The humour is definitely of the polarising (racial jokes, etc.) variety – you’ll either find it highly amusing or in bad taste. Aniston seems like an unlikely choice for the role of a determinedly overs**ed dentist dealing with s** addiction, but she adds her own brand of charm to it. All in all, a decent collection of laughs.

Horrible Bosses 2 has a stronger script and funnier gags than the first film. There is never a dull moment. Horrible Bosses 2 is a good enough option if you are over 18 and looking for something to help you and your gang of friends unwind. The film is no masterpiece (and thankfully, it does not pretend that it is) but if dirty jokes tickle your funny bone, Horrible Bosses 2 isn’t so horrible.

There are a lot of risque jokes, plenty of abusive language and a plot that seems suspiciously like it was made up as the film went along. However, there are many good moments too, and mainly because of Aniston and its three lead actors, who make stupid look genuinely funny as well as funnily genuine.

A must-watch for people who enjoy crass and situational humor. Horrible Bosses 2 is a slapstick comedy that will make you laugh till you drop. The film is complete entertainment package with a stupendous cast, rib-tickling dialogues and an engaging climax. So this weekend, go on a hilarious caper with the comical trio Nick-Kurt-Dale.
