Episodes 1 to 3 of Season 2 of LEGO FRIENDS follow a group of kids—Aliya, Autumn, Leo, Liann, Nova, Olly, Paisley, and Zac—navigating school, friendships and hobbies. Each episode emphasizes the importance of working together, helping each other and celebrating their differences. In Episode One, the Lego Friends prepare for Farm Fest at Autumn’s family farm. The gang split into teams to compete in a science innovation contest in episode 2. While Episode 3 follows Liann’s new hobby of painting rocks that become “lucky charms.”

Overall, LEGO FRIENDS has a moral worldview. The first three episodes each include elements of helping each other, being a good friend and working together. It has a high production value, a cool animation style, interesting characters, and storylines. However, there are instances of bullying and brief cartoon violence. Episode 3 contains a concerning plotline about the characters’ beliefs that one of them has the power to create lucky charms, so MOVIEGUIDE® advises caution for children.

In Episode 1, the Lego Friends prepare for Farm Fest at Autumn’s family farm. She’s very excited and wants everything to go perfectly. However, a kid named Ben doesn’t share her enthusiasm for farm life, which frustrates Autumn. As the Lego Friends work together to put on the Farm Fest, Autumn learns that one of the farm’s horses is about to give birth. She asks Ben to help her, and after the foal is successfully delivered, he realizes he enjoys farm life and asks if he can return.

Episode 2 follows the Lego Friends as they split into teams to compete in a science innovation contest. The winners’ invention will go on a space expedition to Mars. Aliya and Nova clash over who should lead their team and fight over what their invention should be. Aliya and Nova realize their friendship is more important than competing while playing a video game to determine who’ll be the leader. The girls learn that friendship is more important than competing, work together to create an invention and win the science contest.

In Episode Three, Liann picks up a new hobby: painting rocks. She gives one to Zac, who is nervous about an upcoming dance team audition, and he aces it. He passes it along to Aliya, who gets a high grade on her science test. Everyone in school now demands a “lucky charm” from Liann, who paints new rocks around the clock and becomes consumed with the idea that she has “power.”

Meanwhile, Leo deals with Candi bullying him, taking aim at his position on the soccer team. As everyone in the school gets increasingly addicted to Liann’s lucky charms, she realizes she’s created a huge problem and tells everyone to get rid of the charms. They do, and things return to normal. However, after Leo reveals Candi’s bullying, Liann gives out one last charm and tells Leo to stand up to her. He does, and Candi befriends him.
