In 1994, five twenty-somethings sat talking in a New York coffee shop, when in burst a woman in a wedding dress. Thus began the cultural TV phenomenon that is Friends.

Over 10 years and 236 episodes, Ross, Rachel, Joey, Chandler, Monica and Phoebe stole the hearts and inspired laughter in international audiences. And, though the last episode aired in 2004, Friends is still one of the most popular and enduring sitcoms ever recorded.

It seems like as soon as the show ended, fans began calls for a reunion. This year, HBO Maxhas answered this call. Though in a slightly different format than many were expecting, Friends: The Reunion sees the original cast return to the show’s set to discuss and re-enact iconic moments, and sit and chat with previous guests and interviewers.
