THE WAR ON CHILDREN is an expose on the tactics of media, culture and even the government school system to brainwash children into accepting the woke ideology of gender confusion and gender transitioning without parental permission, sexual promiscuity and deviance, and the forced acceptance of destructive and abusive immorality. Though the documentary tries to give ideas on how to fight for the future of our children, most of the two hour and twenty minute focuses on how woke culture is winning. There are many disturbing repeat images of drag queens behaving in an animalistic sexual manner, some cursing, including the “f” word, and candid dialogue about sexual deviance, trafficking, gender mutilation, and pedophilia. Extreme caution is recommended for adults.

In THE WAR ON CHILDREN, Robby and Landon Starbuck walk viewers through a series of interviews exploring topics surrounding the woke culture’s indoctrination of children. Robby is a music video director and producer who’s worked with Snoop Dog, Megadeath and Yellowcard. His wife, Landon, is a singer and founder of Freedom Forever, an advocacy group combatting child abuse, exploitation and trafficking. They note that there are no protections in place for children on social media platforms. Many platforms target children, they add. Also, pornographic content is even sent to children, and most pornographic sites don’t enforce age requirements or age verifications.

Unsupervised social media usage for children has been linked to bullying, depression, anxiety, moral decay, suicide, and gender dysphoria, the movie asserts. Sex traffickers who buy and sell children often operate through social media. Most parents are in the dark until the damage is done.

Th movie reveals that deviant behavior is protected and even encouraged by woke culture. What almost all of human history deemed as mental illness is now being heralded. “Transgender” children are given special status. Anyone who expresses an objection is intimidated, bullied and even punished by local and state governments.

Currently, the Biden Administration is also pushing woke culture, as well as local public schools and also some private schools. Many government schools undermine the rights of parents, and in many cases use government run agencies to separate children from their parents. In fact, some states, such as Colorado and California, accept children from other states seeking gender transitioning without their parents’ consent.

THE WAR IN CHIKDREN traces the roots of the current woke culture back to Alfred Kinsey, Hugh Hefner and Mary Calderone.

In the 1930s, Kinsey was a sexual deviant who performed sexual experimentation on children for research. He concluded people are sexual beings from the beginning of life. Kinsey went on to “scientifically” conclude that 90% of men commit adultery and have homosexual tendencies. He interviewed prisoners, many of them pedophiles, to support this conclusion. In 1953, Hugh Hefner founded the magazine PLAYBOY, which normalized pornography. was the founder of Playboy, and the man who normalized pornography. Once the notion that people are sexual beings became a widely accepted concept, it opened the doors for further deviant behavior. Mary Calderone, a Planned Parenthood official, was a major sex education advocate in the 1960s. In 1964, she founded the Sexuality Information and Education Council of the United States (SIECUS). SIECUS now supports and funds, “gender reassignment” for children.

The documentary interviews a woman whose daughter was attending gender transitioning classes at school without her mother’s knowledge. Her daughter attempted suicide twice. The girl was taken away from her mother by the state because she would not refer to her daughter as her son. During her transitioning treatment in a group home, the young girl jumped in front of a train and killed herself. Another young woman was interviewed who describes herself as de-transitioning. She was given a drug called Lupron at just 12- years-old. Lupron historically was used as a castration drug for prisoners. It has never been approved for gender transitioning treatment, or any other treatment. By age 13, the girl received a double mastectomy. Now that she’s an adult, she realizes the abuse that was done to her without her ability to understand enough to truly consent. The damage is irreparable.

These are only a few stories from the many children who think they “are in the wrong body”. Instead of treating the emotional issues that may be leading to these destructive thoughts, local and state authorities are forcibly taking these children away from their parents and used for gender reassignment experimentation.

Olympic champion swimmer Riley Gaines opposes the inclusion of trans women in sports after she was cheated of her winning medal when a six foot four inch “trans” woman Lia Thomas tied for first place. She was told Thomas would receive the medal because he needed the photo op. Calling the event “mental rape”, Gaines asserts that men competing in women’s sports is a movement that sets out to obliterate women in sports, and also intended to make women irrelevant in general. Gaines also resents that Thomas was allowed to enter the women’s locker room naked without warning, consent or concern for the “safe” space and privacy of women. Women’s rights are thrown by the wayside in order to give safe spaces for a few protected male individuals.

Media and public school propaganda promoting LGBT behavior has led to staggering increase in children questioning their sexual identity over the last few years. Besides the experimentation of the pharmaceutical companies who acquire children as patients for life, and a confused culture, another explanation may be the use of chemicals found in our food and water supply. A common chemical found in non-organic food and water is Atrazine. Scientific studies have shown male frogs that were given Atrazine began to exhibit homosexual behavior, and in some cases even lay eggs.

The Starbucks make a compelling cause for alarm. Our future is at stake. There are some positive messages about the need to turn back to God and observe his laws. In Genesis 1:27, it reads, “And God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created them: male and female He created them.” This has been the natural law since the beginning of time. This message is confirmed in Matthew 19:4. In Matthew 19:14 Jesus goes on to assert how special children are to God, Our Heavenly Father, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of Heaven belongs to such as these.” Jesus uses a strong command of protection in Matthew 18:6 over children, “If anyone causes these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him if a large millstone were hung around his neck, and he were drowned at the bottom of the sea.”

We must also return to common sense, good psychology, reliable science, and a healthy family life. If this isn’t possible, could we agree to just protect our children until they are old enough to choose for themselves? Parents must go to battle for their children. Children of divorced parents do far better when both parents work together to protect their children.

THE WAR ON CHILDREN makes a specific call for fathers to stand up and fight for their children. The documentary is very informative, but it is very long and a bit disorganized. The music is overwhelming and serves as a distraction, rather than help. Overall, however, THE WAR ON CHILDREN documentary is worthwhile and has a positive Christian, biblical worldview. It’s difficult to watch, though. MOVIEGUIDE® advises strong caution.
