WINTERS TALE MOVIE REVIEW

In spite of the escapist theme and a beautiful snow-clad setting, the time-travelling romance seems ineffective as you have demons, a magical white horse and much more barging into the story, making it all look more ludicrous than fascinating. However, diehard fans of mushy love stories may still like the film, given the ‘feel-good’ execution.

In the endeavors to show a time-travel story, filmmakers mess with the entertainment quotient of the film. Winters Tale, thus, is a baseless, a pointless and lackluster tale from an Oscar awardee! It is predictable and incomprehensible. With flawed execution of the concept, it comes out as irrational and repetitive in its approach. Overall, the film punctuates love and miracle yet fails to ascertain that the message reaches across without any hitch.
